Rangers go down 2-1 in the Series
Roads loss puts Rangers in the hole.
The boys struggled for two periods and found themselves down 2-0 with 5 minutes remaining in the 3rd period on Tuesday night. With time ticking away Austin Murphy scored and Broden Powell followed up as he tied the game. Despite the late comeback Simcoe scored with a knuckleball shoot from the point with less than one second remaining on the clock. This was a tough loss, but also an opportunity to rally the boys as we get ready for game four on Friday night. We've displayed great character throughout the season and look to bounce back to win this series. Jayden Julien stood out on the blueline and Broden Powell earned the hard hat for his strong play.
