That
is the record the Atom Reps achieved before losing their first game of the
year.
On Saturday November 8th, the boys headed into their 3rd game of the Beaverloch Farms Tournament in Thorold against the host team. The boys fought hard but came up short losing 2-1 to the Hawks. The boys took this loss hard, but needed to be proud of the record they achieved. Still with a chance to head into the Championship, the boys took to the ice against Pelham in the afternoon. Clearly the mornings loss was still on their minds, they fought right to the end. Down 4-3 in the 3rd period, it looked like they tied the game at 4 but a smart "sneaky" Pelham goalie pulled the puck out of the net with officials out of position. After a final push, the game stayed 4-3 to the end of the horn. 23-2-1 is a record these boys should remember for a long time. Be proud of your achievement guys, your coaches and parents are. It's now time to buckle down & get back to having some FUN!
And don't let this guy tie your skates anymore!
