Nominations for 2020-21 Board of Directors
The period of acceptance of nominations for available positions on the 2020-21 Board of Directors of the Glanbrook Minor Hockey Association ended on March 15. The following summary lists those who submitted their names by the deadline for consideration.
As such, we would like to congratulate Ken Phillips (VP Haldimand), Joey Doyle (Secretary), Shelly Upson (Director of Tournaments), Joelle McDonald (Director of Equipment/Purchasing), Mario Barricelli (Media Relations Coordinator) and Steve Hurst (Coach's Mentor/Hockey Development) on their effective election to the 2020-21 GMHA Board of Directors by acclamation. They will assume their new roles after the AGM.
The remaining positions will go to vote at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, scheduling of which remains TBD with the uncertainty around the COVID-19 virus. The nomination period for Director of Special Events & Fundraising will remain open until the AGM and the successful candidate will be decided upon by the membership in attendance at that time.
