The date for this years AGM has been set and will be held at 6:30pm on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at the Glanbrook Municipal building (beside the Arena). As always, we encourage ALL members to attend and have a voice in improving YOUR hockey association. The agenda for the AGM will be as follows;

As a result the following individuals are acclaimed to your 2019/2020 Board of Directors:
· President Ishac Nazy (new 2 yr term)
· VP Operations Wes Zappitelli (to serve remaining 1 yr of existing term)
· VP OMHA (Jr.) Rob Birmingham (new 2 yr term)
· VP OMHA (Sr.) Phil Kraynick (new 2 yr term)
· VP Early Dev. Fiore Zenone (new 2 yr term)
· Treasurer Shari McHugh (new 2 yr term)
· Secretary Joey Doyle (to serve remaining 1 yr of existing term)
The following Executive Member is to serve the second year of his term and was not open to nomination this year:
· VP Haldimand Dave Mason (to serve remaining 1 yr of existing term)
Your 2019/20 nominated Directors are as follows and is a new, one year term:

The following vacancies will be addressed at the GMHA AGM on May 22, 2019 and will all be one-year terms, with the exception of Registrar and Ice Scheduler positions, which have been joined with Ancaster as part of the pilot program:

· Director of Sponsorship Vacant – AGM vote required (no nominations)
· Director of Tournaments Vacant – AGM vote required (no nominations)
· Director Hockey Development/Coach Mentor Vacant – AGM vote required (no nominations)
· Registrar Joined with Ancaster
· Ice Scheduler Joined with Ancaster
· Director of Team Accounts & Audits Ancaster and Glanbrook Treasurers to oversee for duration of the pilot
