Evaluation for the Coaches

Dear Parents,
The GMHA sent out an email to all its members on December 18th, 2018 with a link to complete a coaching evaluation form. The GMHA has moved the evaluation to an online format and this year the evaluation will be 100% anonymous. 

Each parent with a primary email address on file was sent the link.  If you did not receive the email, please first check you junk/spam folder, and if you still have not received it let us know and we will have it resent to you directly.
This evaluation will be the 1st of 2 evaluations sent out. The intention of the GMHA was to have a mid year evaluation and a year end evaluation for the coaches.

The GMHA is strongly encouraging participation in the evaluation to help plan for next season as well as long term. The GMHA values your opinions and thoughts but please make sure to keep it professional.
