ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING set for MAY 17th!!!

The date for this years AGM has been set for Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 6:30pm at the Township Hall (beside the Arena).  As always, we encourage ALL members to attend and have a voice in improving YOUR hockey association. 


Any member wishing to propose a change to the GMHA Constitution or By-Laws must do so in writing by April 17, 2016.

Proposed changes must be submitted in the following format to be considered;  List the current section of the Constitution or By-Law, then provide a new wording as to how the section should read with the proposed change. 

The agenda for the AGM will be as follows;
1.  Call to Order
2.  Minutes of Last AGM to be read and adopted
3.  Presidents Address
4.  Vice Presidents Reports
5.  Treasurer’s Report
6.  Old Business
7.  Constitution Amendments
8.  Dissolution of Present Executive
9.  Election of New Executive
10. New/Other business
11. Adjournment
