The date for this years AGM has been set for Wednesday, May 17,
2017 at 6:30pm at the Township Hall (beside the Arena). As always, we encourage ALL members
to attend and have a voice in improving YOUR hockey
association. Any member wishing to propose a change to the GMHA Constitution or By-Laws must do so in writing by April 17, 2016.
Proposed changes must be submitted in the following format to be considered; List the current section of the Constitution or By-Law, then provide a new wording as to how the section should read with the proposed change.
The agenda for the AGM will be as follows;

2. Minutes of Last AGM to be read and adopted
3. Presidents Address
4. Vice Presidents Reports
5. Treasurer’s Report
6. Old Business
7. Constitution Amendments
8. Dissolution of Present Executive
