CHANGE to GMHA SKILLS CAMP

The GMHA has made some minor changes to the Skills Camp originally to take place on Saturday Sept 10th for the Novice/Atom age groups and Sunday Sept 11th for the Peewee/Bantam age groups.  To enhance the experience, the Novice and Atom age group has been moved to Sunday September 11th.  The schedule for the day will continue as originally planned.  


The schedule for both days will be as follows:   

8:30am – Arrival
9am to 10:30am – Novice/Atom: Power Edge Pro Session - Peewee/Bantam: In-class Training Techniques
10:30am to 12pm – Novice/Atom and Peewee/Bantam switch
12pm to 1pm – Lunch (Provided)
1pm to 2:30pm – Atom/Novice: powerskating with Risidore - Peewee/Bantam: In-class yoga/nutritional training.
2:30pm to 4pm – Novice/Atom and Peewee/Bantam switch
4pm – Parent pick up.

There is a limit of 50 skaters for the day, split into 2 groups to limit 25 skaters on the ice at one time.
