GMHA Skills Camp Announcement!!!!

The GMHA is pleased to announce Hockey Skills Day Camp for all GMHA Local League, AE and Rep players.  This full day hockey camp will take place at the Glanbrook Arena on Saturday Sept 10th for the Novice & Atom age groups and Sunday Sept 11th for the Peewee & Bantam age groups.  

Both days will consist of two on-ice sessions focusing on 

  • power-skating with Ryan Risidore  
  • Power Edge Pro session with PEP certified instructor Jeff Schweitzer

As well as, two in-class sessions that will focus on: 

  • proper training techniques
  • yoga
  • nutritional training.   

Lunch will be provided.  

The schedule for both days will be as follows:   
8:30am – Arrival
9am to 10:30am – Group A: Power Edge Pro Session / Group B: In-class Training Techniques   
10:30am to 12pm – Group A & B switch
12pm to 1pm – Lunch (Provided)
1pm to 2:30pm – Group A: powerskating with Risidore / Group B: In-class yoga/nutritional training.
2:30pm to 4pm – Group A & B switch 
– Parent pick up.   

There is a limit of 40 skaters per day, split into 2 groups to limit 20 skaters on the ice at one time.  

The cost for this camp $75 per skater.
