Concussion Survey!

The Glanbrook Minor Hockey Association is proud to promote BrainSmart Hamilton.  Concussions are a serious issue within the hockey community and one that the GMHA supports the research of.   BrainSmart Hamilton is looking for hockey Coaches and Parents to participate in a survey about Concussions.   


BrainSmart Hamilton is a partnership of organizations in Hamilton committed to preventing brain injuries. Coaches and Parents play a very important role in identifying and managing concussions in athletes. We need your help.  

Coach Survey: (http://fluidsurveys.com/s/coachesconcussionsurvey/). The results will be used to further prepare coaches to help athletes that may sustain a concussion.    

Parent Survey:  (http://fluidsurveys.com/s/parentsconcussionsurvey/) to parents on your team(s). The results will be used to help parents to better support their child.
