GMHA SKILLS CAMP

The GMHA is pleased to announce Hockey Skills Day Camp for all GMHA Local League and Rep players.  This full day hockey camp will take place at the Glanbrook Arena on Saturday Sept 12th for Peewee & Bantam age groups and Sunday Sept 13th for Novice & Atom age groups. 



Both days will consist of two on-ice sessions focusing on

  • power-skating (with Jeremy Bloomfield on Saturday and Ryan Risidore on Sunday)
  • shooting session (with Matt Clark).  

As well as, two in-class sessions focusing on

  • proper training techniques
  • yoga/nutritional training. 

Lunch will be provided. 

The schedule for both days will be as follows:  
8:30am – Arrival
9am to 10:30am – Group A: Power skating with (Bloomfield & Risidore)  / Group B: In-class Training Techniques   10:30am to 12pm – Group A & B switch
12pm to 1pm – Lunch (Provided)
1pm to 2:30pm – Group A: shooting session with Matt Clark / Group B: In-class yoga/nutritional training.
2:30pm to 4pm – Group A & B switch
4pm – Parent pick up.  

There is a limit of 40 skaters per day, split into 2 groups to limit 20 skaters on the ice at one time. 

The cost for this camp will be $75.
