Permission To Skate Form and NRP Passports
Submitted By pwiesner on Monday, March 25, 2013
For those who are looking to tryout for AAA or AA/A teams this spring, you require a signed Permission to Skate Form (AAA) or NRP Passport (AA/A) from Glanbrook Minor Hockey. Please read on about these forms.

The Permission to Skate and NRP Passports will be available at the arena in the first two weeks of April.  Please check back here when the schedule of dates is finalized.

In order to receive your forms, you must be registered with the GMHA for the 2013-2014 season.  This is on OMHA rule and forms are not to be given out unless you are a registered member of the GMHA.

The online registration system is now open.  Please click here for more information.  You must complete the online registration before coming to pickup your forms as there will be no registrations taking place at the arena.  * NEW THIS YEAR * You do NOT need to bring your registration payment to pick up your forms.  In an effort to speed up the pick up process we will not be taking payment during these times.

Please note, to tryout for a AAA or AA/A team, you must have the signed originals of the forms to present at the tryouts.  You will NOT be able to skate at a tryout if you do not have these forms.
