OMHA Skills Camp
 OMHA Skills Camp. Glanbrook Arena on Saturday Sept 12th. $25 rebate offerered to all Bantam Rep Players only. A copy of the receipt must be given to Liz Team Mgr.



Both days will consist of two on-ice sessions focusing on power-skating (with Jeremy Bloomfield)shooting session (with Matt Clark).   As well as, two in-class sessions focusing on proper training techniquesyoga/nutritional training. 

Lunch will be provided.  The schedule for both days will be as follows:   8:30am – Arrival 9am to 10:30am – Group A: Power skating with (Bloomfield)  / Group B: In-class Training Techniques   10:30am to 12pm –
Group A & B switch 12pm to 1pm –
Lunch (Provided) 1pm to 2:30pm –
Group A: shooting session with Matt Clark / Group B: In-class yoga/nutritional training. 2:30pm to 4pm – Group A & B switch 4pm – Parent pick up.  

There is a limit of 40 skaters per day(2 groups of 20). Register on GMHA website
