And Just like that, it's all over...
This past weekend, the Atom Rangers capped off a fantastic season by taking Silver at the Pickering Spring Thaw Tournament.
They battled some really strong teams all weekend, and showed why they have been a force of "16 Strong" all season. In typical Ranger fashion, each game was close, but in the end, their determination and will to win was the difference.
April 7th, 2019 marked the last time that these players would pull a Rangers jersey over their heads, and it was certainly on everyone's minds.
These boys have had quite the run this year, and added 3 pieces of hardware to the Trophy Case for their efforts. I couldn't be prouder to be associated with these great kids, who surprised me with their ability to get up each and every time that they were knocked down.
I hope that all of you enjoyed your season. And though your teammates will change, this group of 16 have created some great memories by "Playing for Each Other". Well done boys!!!
