Two Wins and Four Points
Rangers win back to back!
Tuesdays home game saw the Rangers facing the Garden City Bulldogs. The boys were hungry for a win and came ready to play. They controlled most of the play and held a 4-0 lead late in the game. The Refs seemed to find their whistles as both teams saw a steady parade to the box. The Bulldogs scored late (hard luck Carter) and the game finished 4-1. The player of the game was earned by Oliver Young. Oliver was our best player and he was a big part of the win. This is pretty normal for Ollie! Keep it up!
The Rangers played their final road game before the Christmas break as they faced off against Fort Erie. Once again the boys seemed determine to win. They pounded the Fort Erie net from all areas of the ice and held a 5-1 lead heading into the third. On this night Ewan Powell had his best game of the year. He helped to secure the win with two goals of his own. Great job earning the Player of the Game. Rangers win 6-2.
